Terms of Use

The rules for using this site, and what it is and isn't responsible for.

Written by Eric Updated October 2026

Last updated: October 17, 2026.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to vegasvisitorguide.com (the “Site”), an independent publication of Pluripotent, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Sections 2, 5, 9, and 10 matter most: they explain that we do not run any tours, shows, or venues, and they limit our responsibility for them.

1. What This Site Is

The Site is an independent travel publication about things to do in and around Las Vegas, Nevada, including tours, shows, attractions, and day trips. We are not a tour operator, travel agency, seller of travel, ticket seller, casino, or booking platform. We do not take reservations, accept payments, hold funds, or issue tickets. The Site has no user accounts and does not publish user comments or submissions.

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, the State of Nevada, any casino resort, or any government or official tourism organization. The Site is written for adults planning travel. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

2. Tours, Shows, Hotels, and Other Providers

Every tour, show, activity, hotel stay, ticket, or other service listed or linked on the Site is provided by a third party: the business that runs it (a “provider”) or the platform that sells it, such as GetYourGuide (a “booking platform”). When you book, your contract is with that provider or booking platform, and its prices, safety practices, cancellation rules, and terms apply, not ours. Please read them before you book. Questions about a booking, refund, or cancellation should go to the booking platform or provider.

2.1 We Do Not Inspect Providers. We do not verify any provider’s licensing, insurance, safety record, staff, equipment, or legal compliance. Rankings, “top picks,” and descriptions are our editorial opinions, not certifications or guarantees, and listing a place or activity does not mean it is safe or legal for you. Where a page says we took a tour or visited a place, that describes one visit on the date shown, not an inspection of the provider. Ratings, reviews, and photos from booking platforms or providers belong to them, are shown as provided, and are not audited by us.

2.2 How We Rank. Our rankings cover products available through the booking platforms we work with, which pay us a commission. They are not a survey of every provider, and businesses that sell only on their own websites may not be ranked.

2.3 No Agency. We take part in affiliate programs run by booking platforms, but we are not the agent, partner, or representative of any provider or booking platform, and we cannot make or change bookings or decide refunds or disputes for them.

2.4 Your Safety. Many Las Vegas activities carry real risks, including desert hikes and outdoor tours in extreme heat, helicopter and other air tours, off-road and ATV tours, shooting ranges, water activities, pool parties, nightlife, and events involving alcohol. You decide whether an activity is right for you and the people with you, and you take part at your own risk. Check the provider’s safety rules and age limits, the heat forecast, and your own fitness before you go.

2.5 Claims About Bookings. Because we do not run, sell, or supervise any tour, show, venue, or activity, we are not responsible for what providers or booking platforms do or fail to do, including cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, property damage, or a provider’s failure to deliver or going out of business. Claims about a booking or activity should be brought against the provider or booking platform. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, YOU RELEASE US FROM CLAIMS BASED ON A PROVIDER’S OR BOOKING PLATFORM’S ACTS OR OMISSIONS. THIS RELEASE DOES NOT COVER CLAIMS BASED ON OUR OWN CONDUCT.

3. Accuracy of Information

We check prices, hours, and rules against primary sources, but details change, often without notice to us. Prices, ratings, review counts, show times, and cancellation terms shown on the Site are snapshots from the date shown and may have changed; the booking platform’s checkout page controls. Verify critical information, such as hours, age limits, and safety rules, before you go. Site content is general travel information, not legal, medical, safety, financial, or gambling advice. If you spot an error, please tell us through our contact page.

4. Affiliate Links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you book through one, we may earn a commission from the booking platform, such as GetYourGuide, at no extra cost to you. Commissions do not determine which products we recommend or how we rank them, and earning a commission does not increase our responsibility for any provider’s or booking platform’s products or services. Pages with affiliate links show a commission disclosure before the first affiliate link, and booking buttons are labeled.

5. Gambling, Alcohol, and Adults-Only Activities

Some content covers casinos, nightlife, and other activities limited to adults 21 and older. Following Nevada law and each venue’s rules, including age and identification requirements, is your responsibility. Nothing on the Site is gambling advice, and we do not offer gambling or link to online gambling services. If gambling stops being fun, help is available from the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738).

6. Intellectual Property

We own the Site’s text, design, original photos, maps, and analysis. Photos, listing details, ratings, and reviews from providers and booking platforms belong to them. GetYourGuide, casino and venue names, and other marks belong to their owners; we use them only to identify those businesses, and their use does not mean they endorse or sponsor the Site. You may share links to the Site and quote short, attributed excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes. Republishing, scraping, reselling, or creating substantial derivative works from Site content requires our written permission.

6.1 Copyright Concerns. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email us at info@vegasvisitorguide.com with a description of the work and where it appears on the Site, and we will review it promptly.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not: scrape or copy the Site at a scale that burdens it or for commercial reuse; use Site content to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models; try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with the Site’s operation; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or present Site content in a way that implies we endorse you or that the content is official government or casino information.

8. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including booking platforms and providers’ own sites. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of those sites is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WEATHER, HEAT, TRAFFIC, CLOSURES, AND PROVIDER DECISIONS ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, GAMBLING LOSSES, OR TRAVEL COSTS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL OTHER CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, FOR OUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Indemnification

If you violate Section 7 or use the Site unlawfully, you agree to indemnify Pluripotent, LLC and its member, manager, employees, and contractors against third-party claims, and the reasonable costs and attorneys’ fees, arising from that misuse.

12. Changes

We may change or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply from that date forward and do not affect any claim filed in court before the change. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by South Carolina law, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern about the Site, please contact us first at info@vegasvisitorguide.com; most problems can be resolved informally, and we ask that you give us thirty (30) days to try before filing a claim. If a dispute remains, you and we may agree in writing to mediate it. Any lawsuit about the Site or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies. Nothing in these Terms shortens the time you have to bring a claim or limits any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of the state where you live.

14. Accessibility

We want the Site to be usable by everyone and aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. If something on the Site is hard to use, contact us at info@vegasvisitorguide.com, and we will work to fix it or get you the information another way.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://vegasvisitorguide.com/privacy/ explains what information the Site collects, including analytics and the cookies booking platforms use to track bookings made through affiliate links, and how Nevada residents and others can make privacy requests. It is a notice of our practices, not part of these Terms.

16. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of the Site. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
